Julie Sizemore

Executive Vice President of Operations

Julie Sizemore, Executive Vice President of Operations, joined CareGuide in June 2009. She leads operations, account management and product development. She provides strategic direction for CareGuide operations as it expands to accommodate new and industry-leading programs. Her focus on solution development and process enhancements supports the Company’s growth and client-centric innovation.

Julie has a long proven record of accomplishment in care management. Prior to joining CareGuide, Julie was COO of Nurtur Health, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation created from the merger of AirLogix and Cardium Health. She managed operations including program development, facilities, fulfillment, clinical operations and account management. She orchestrated the efficient merger of two operations departments, combining and coordinating policies, facilities and personnel from three call centers. Under her direction, the company successfully implemented large new clients.

Julie had a twelve-year career at AirLogix. She began as a respiratory care manager, then oversaw operations as a care delivery manager, director of care delivery and vice president of operations. During her successful career, she was involved in large client implementations, program development, operations enhancement projects and business development.

Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. She has a master’s degree in Health Service Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. She is a registered respiratory therapist.
